Fresh, invigorating scents leave me feeling more focused and more centered. I don't usually need help relaxing, but when I do, I prefer rosemary to lavender.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My favorite "aromatherapy" bath products (right now) are Dove Burst Nectarine &amp;amp; White Ginger Scent body wash, and Dove Energize Grapefrut &amp;amp; Lemongrass body wash.
